DXM Technologie is headquartered in Brossard, with an office in Quebec City. We design, integrate and maintain production and broadcast infrastructure for broadcasters, educational institutions, public organizations and enterprises.

What we actually do

Our core trade is production and broadcast infrastructure. News and playout control rooms. Video routing backbones and production networks. Shared storage and post-production workflows for houses running dozens of edit suites at once.

Around that, everything that makes a stage: LED walls and digital signage, turnkey podcast studios, virtual production stages on green screen or LED wall, mobile control rooms that travel in road cases. We design, build in our shop, install, and train the teams who will run it.

And once a system is in, it has to stay alive: support contracts, a shared spare-parts pool, fleet audits. We also place specialized technicians with our clients, and take over the technical direction of a facility when the person in the chair has to step away: or when there isn’t one.

And for the past year, one more layer: AI applied to our own operations. Our business system is wired to agents that answer in plain language, draft documents and pull information across our data: without anyone opening a report. What we built for ourselves, we now connect for others.

And why we build our own tools

We paid a firm for a migration plan. Six months of meetings and workshops. At the end: a document. Nothing that ran.

We started over ourselves. Today the entire company runs on a system we built: quotes, purchasing, receiving, delivery, invoicing, timesheets. The whole team works in it every day.

That’s what led us to offer the same thing to others. A consultant delivers a plan. We deliver the system that runs. These aren’t two grades of the same product, they’re two different products. It’s the same standard as a control room: it has to hold when nobody’s watching.
