Authorized LiveU partner
LiveU in Quebec — sales, integration and support
LiveU reseller and integrator in Quebec: sales, setup and support for LU900Q, LU800, LU300 and Solo. Hundreds of deployments with broadcasters and producers.

What we do with LiveU
LiveU is our most significant partnership. We sell, configure and support it — hundreds of deployments with national broadcasters, production houses, community television and institutions.
LiveU sends live video over bonded cellular: several modems combined into a single pipe, to get a reliable signal out of a place with no fibre.
We integrate it into mobile control rooms, field carts and fixed installations that need an emergency way out. It isn’t a box you plug in and forget: the encoding profile, SIM management, the landing point at the studio and the failover when a link drops — that’s where reliability actually lives.
What we deliver: sizing against your bitrate and acceptable latency, sale of the unit and its data plan, integration into your existing chain, profile configuration, field-crew training, and support during events.
And when buying isn’t the right answer — one-off coverage, peak-driven needs, a trial before committing — we rent as well.
The range, plainly
LU900Q — the most recent unit in the range as of writing. Six internal 5G MIMO modems, up to eleven simultaneous network links counting Ethernet, Wi-Fi 6 and external modems. It transmits two cameras at once, in 4K, with latency dropping below a second. Seven hours of runtime with the backpack. This is the unit for productions where dropping isn’t an option.
LU800 — the workhorse. Multi-camera, low latency, extended runtime. It’s what we deploy most often, by the dozen in some fleets.
LU300 — compact and rugged. For news coverage and fast turnarounds, when what matters is getting out quickly.
Solo Pro — the entry point, for live streaming to web platforms without the complexity of a broadcast chain.
Specifications reviewed August 2026. Product lines change — we confirm figures with the manufacturer before every quote.
The right choice isn’t made on the spec sheet. It’s made on your camera count, your acceptable latency, your coverage conditions and how many outings you have per year.
What actually matters in the field
Bonding, not modem count. Eleven links are useless if the algorithm combining them drops when two of them weaken. LiveU’s reliable transport adjusts bitrate continuously and corrects errors ahead of time — that’s what keeps a link up in a crowd.
Real runtime. Seven hours on paper means with the backpack and without dual video return. We size batteries for your actual day, not for the datasheet.
Video return and intercom. A camera operator who sees the program feed and hears the director works differently from one who’s blind. Dual return and Bluetooth intercom change how a crew covers an event.
The SIM cards. Six external slots plus the built-in eSIM means several carriers at once — and coverage that doesn’t depend on a single network. That’s the part people forget to plan.
The field is not a studio
A packed parking lot on a Saturday night is not a lab. Cellular coverage collapses when the crowd arrives. We plan for the worst case, not for the Tuesday-afternoon test.
We’ve built complete control rooms in road cases that ship out, deploy in tens of minutes and come home the same night — with transmission as the backbone.
Questions we get asked
“Is it reliable enough for live broadcast?” It is when it’s sized and tested on site beforehand. We run coverage surveys before the event, not during.
“How long to deploy?” A well-designed road-case control room goes up in under an hour with a trained crew. That’s a design criterion, not luck.
“We already have fibre — why cellular?” For places that don’t have any, and as a backup path where they do. Fibre cut by an excavator happens.
“Buy or rent?” Depends on how many outings you have per year. Past a certain volume, buying pays for itself quickly — below it, renting avoids tying up a budget. We run the numbers with you, with no interest in pushing either way.
“What about the data plan?” It’s part of the file. A unit without a plan matched to your outings is a surprise invoice waiting to happen. We size it with you.
“What’s the difference between the LU800 and the LU900Q?” Modem count, multi-camera capability and latency. If you send one camera at a time in well-covered places, the LU800 does the job. If you cover live events in crowds with two cameras and a return feed, the LU900Q earns its keep.
“Does it work with Starlink?” Yes, as one link among others. Useful in remote areas, but satellite latency adds up — we account for it in the sizing.

The news on the road — Noovo’s FlyPack
A complete production control room in road cases that deploys without a production truck, with battery redundancy that rides through power cuts, operated by Noovo’s own teams.

Emergency mode: putting Bell Media back on the air
National channels dark on Friday morning, baseball on the air Sunday night — then full temporary studios, a virtual set and a routing backbone built in the weeks that followed.
